Geraint pulled out all the stops to ensure our purchase went through seamlessly. He was like a Rottweiler - a fierce dog with a bone - he just wouldn't rest, constantly chivvying all parties concerned making sure the chain stayed intact. One of Darlow's finest, a true legend, I rest my case.

The team at Darlows were very helpful with the sale of my late mother house. They were also very quick responding to every request I had and, always did their upmost go sort things out. I could not have asked for a better sales team. 10 out of 10 many thanks again.

We have used Darlows in Pontypridd to sell numerous properties and they have always provided an excellent customers service. They always do what they say they are going to do and, always in a timely manner. I would particularly like to highlight the efforts of Jackie and Geraint. The services provided were excellent, I was kept informed at all times as to where exactly where everything was at any given point. As I have not previously sold a house, I was told exactly in which order things would happen and what was needed from me to ensure the sale went through smoothly.

I had a very pleasant experience with Darlows; they were efficient and everything was done very quickly, they kept me up to date with everything and ensured the smooth transaction when selling my mothers house which was a difficult time as it was but they made it so much easier. Thanks you all

Diane, I wanted to write to express my thanks to your branch for the sale of two properties you sold for me. I found Jacqui, Geraint and Gayle to be lovely and very helpful throughout the process.This store is a credit to the Darlows Company and they should be commended on the high level of service they give out.Jacqui was especially good as she gave me regular updates on where we were at any point with the sale of each house and she was very patient with me. I would like to thank you for handling the sale of my late parents' house. Although the house was for sale for quite a time. I was kept informed of any viewings/feedback. Once the house was under offer I dealt mostly with Jackie who kept me up to date with progress. Although we did not actually meet she was helpful and approachable over the phone. Having used a local competitor in the past I was really impressed with the service the Darlows team provided. My property was sold on the first viewing and for a price I was happy with. Communication for a vendor is key during the entire process and I believe that this was maintained at all times. A special thanks to Jackie and Gayle for pushing the sale through with very little issues.
