We are very happy with the Merthyr Tydfil office, we dealt with Sarah and we were very happy with everything she did for us. She explained everything so that we could understand and she made sure we understood everything before we signed anything.

I would just like to say a big thank you to your team there at the Merthyr branch.I have recently rented a property with yourselves and it wasn't exactly plain sailing; dates changing etc, however, your team there did the very best they could, to make it as easy and stress free as possible for my partner and I. They were very patient with us and our queries and also had time to sort things out for us. Thank you so much to Sarah who we mainly dealt with but also to Carla and Lowri who dealt with most of our queries over the phone.You have a fab team there and again a big thank you to you all.

I have never dealt with Darlows before although I have rented of off other agencies in the past. After having bad experiences with them and their staff I was very reluctant to rent off yet another agent. However I shouldn't have worried as from the first phone call, all the staff have all been amazing. I felt relaxed and in safe hands. As I work in a customer service environment myself I feel that this was important. I felt both Sarah and Carla have gone above and beyond to help me in my hour of need. You can see there is a real team working hard in the office and, also behind the scenes. I left the office today feeling apart of the Darlows family and also that I was valued as a customer and as person. Thank you girls for a fantastic job you do and, thank you Darlows for the great team you have.

Dear Lucy, I just thought I should send you some customer service feedback about the service I have received from Carla regarding my rental property in Troedyrhiw. As you know this has been empty for a while and Carla has been trying to get let for us. As it turned out it needed some repair work which Carla got quotes for and arranged to be undertaken. Carla then had to get the electric re-connected, the gas meter replaced despite the gas supplier being totally useless then the mains water needed to be turned on at the last minute; which resulted in the leak in the kitchen. Throughout all this, Carla has managed the entire process getting the most out of all the various parties and even kept the new tenants happy despite them not being able to move in when they had originally arranged to. I have been totally impressed with Carlas can do and pro-active attitude and only wish there more like Carla looking after all our other rental properties, she is an absolute credit to you.

The property was viewed a week ago by Rachel on the Monday and it was let by the afternoon of the following day. Darlows provided me with and excellent letting service. The original consultation was friendly and informative and the agent helped me to choose the right letting package for me. The agent was able to talk me through different rental options such furnished or unfurnished and organised a Gas certificate and an inventory.
