• Nicki, I want to say a massive thank because you really were one of the reasons I decided to buy a house with Darlows over other estate agents. You have been so helpful from the time you first showed me the house, until I collected my keys. You couldnt have done anything more and, although it sounds cheesy you really did go above and beyond to help. Even if I was a pain at times, I would follow you to other branches if you went elsewhere. I am sure Richard your manager is aware of just how fab you are.Although it was mainly down to you, I did find all of the staff in the Llanishen branch really helpful. Richard the manager was always willing to step in if you werent around.
