We used Darlows of Llandaf to sell our home earlier this year. The people there handled the sale brilliantly. Leanne and Lucy did all they could to make our sale as easy and stress free as possible and couldn't be more helpful. We can certainly recommend Darlows to anyone wishing to sell their home.

I have little experience of estate agents however, compared to the estate agents that showed me around prospective properties, Darlows stood out well above the others I encountered. Darlows were actively proactive in selling my property, especially during the open day they organised. I would specifically like to thank Elaine and Olivia, for the support and help during the period of the sale of my property.

From the very first visit, to the completion of the sale; the team at Darlows, Llandaff have been fantastic. Their professional handling has made the selling of the property easy and they have dealt with any problems immediately and with positive outcomes. Having dealt with most of the team at the Llandaff branch at some time throughout the sale I would say that they have all provided excellent service and the manager Claire leads a great team. I would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending them to other people.

I would just like to thank Llandaff Darlows and especially, Olivia and Claire for the excellent service I have received during my first house sale. As this was my first time selling I really did not know what to expect, but ladies, you made me feel comfortable whether by email, phone or in person, a very good service and highly recommended. I would like to thank them for their patience with both me and my Solicitor; who did need a little pushing now and then but Olivia and Claire remained professional at all times.

I found the team to be friendly, efficient and helpful. Lauren in particular was very helpful and provided regular feedback and communication. The concept of using the open house method proved to be very successful for my particular property with an offer being made and accepted within a week. Thank you once again.

Lauren was a brilliant ambassador for Darlows from the start, friendly, patient, great at communicating. I believe there were times when our seller was a bit awkward possibly, or wanted to do things differently to normal and Lauren handled all this diplomatically.I felt she went above and beyond, driving documents back and fore between the seller and the solicitor. Overall, I cannot praise Lauren enough for her professionalism and dedication during what is always a stressful time for the customer, and during this particularly complicated and difficult sale. Lauren is a real credit to you and you are lucky to have her.

We have recently used Darlows to purchase two properties and have been dealing with Lauren.Lauren has been absolutely superb throughout. Her diligence, attentiveness, manner with clients and enthusiasm really has been second to none. Lauren has consistently gone out of her way and was so in tune with what we wanted that she was identifying properties that exactly met our criteria every time. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Darlows to anyone and Lauren in particular who is clearly a real star performer.

Both Claire and Grant were extremely helpful throughout and the enthusiasm for our property was really appreciated. However, unfortunate it didn't sell.
