Fantastic service from Caerphilly darlows. We decided to go with darlows from our intial dealings with Gareth through previous viewings, and speaking with livvy over the phone. They made us both feet at ease, no question was a silly question.. Gareth carried out the open house at our property and sold it :)! We couldnt be happier of the service weve had. Gareth and Natalie have gone above and beyond to help us find a property and to make us both feel at ease. Theyve been more than accommodating with viewings. Gareth is always letting me no of new properties on the market and trying to fufill our needs. Everyone has made the process less stressful. Thanks all.

The team were brilliant! I can't fault any of them. We had previously had a bad experience with another estate agent and I was extremely stressed about selling. The team in Caerphilly provided us with a professional service from start to finish. I felt they were all very approachable and having never gone through the process of selling a house they were very supportive and no question was too silly to ask. I have to mention Leanne in particular, after our first sale fell though she did her best to find us another buyer straight away and was extremely supportive throughout. I already recommended the team to my sister who is currently selling her house with them and I am continuing to recommend to others.

I just wanted to send a quick thank you email for all the effort and hard work that the guys in the Caerphilly branch did for me. Leanne, Richard and Claire, did so many viewings for me and they were always great. Unfortunately, the first sale fall through and I thought Leanne handled that very well; especially breaking the bad news to me. I fell she is a credit to the Darlows name. A second buyer was found very quickly and I officially moved house today so it has been very busy, but I wanted to take the time out to thank the guys at Caerphilly branch. An excellent, professional service provided by all staff, especially Olivia who was always very cheerful and extremely pleasant in manner. Everyone was friendly, articulate and always eager to help. I encountered no issues throughout the time my house was on the market. I will be very happy to remarket the property at a more convenient date.

From the first meeting and valuation, I was aware of professionalism of the branch, everything was so clearly explained. Within days of advertising the property, regular viewings ensued; about ten or so in the following six weeks before receiving the first offer. The viewers were all suitable serious potential buyers who all had positive feed-back. The staff were all very pleasant, knew the property and they all showed interest in it. The first offer was very sensible; clearly following good advice from Darlows. However, the buyers had not yet put their house on the market; Darlows Caerphilly quickly stepped in and achieved a sale for that property within a fortnight. Throughout the process I was fully updated on progress. The final weeks were painfully slow due to the first purchaser in the chain, but that was beyond any agents control and Jodies positive interventions kept the sale on track. My home had been on the market for 9 months last year with a leading Welsh estate agent with only four viewings, only two with serious intentions. I have used ten or so estate agents during my life and Darlows are the best by a long shot. Their fee was a bit higher, but they were worth every penny and achieved a far higher price than expected.

Easily contactable and always ready to answer any questions and, I had lots being a first time buyer. Darlows really helped me out every step of the way. They always kept in touch throughout and I was never left wondering where we were in the whole process. Recommended.

Leanne, I have had a very pleasant experience with yourself and Darlows. Out of the all the estate agents I went to viewings with, you're definitely the most professional. A very consistent service with plenty of patience and understanding. I would highly recommend, and hopefully use Darlows again in the future.

I have found you all, without exception, professional, polite, positive and helpful throughout the whole process.Leanne, however, deserves special mention; It makes a huge difference when the person you are dealing with seems cheerful and upbeat, even when facing some hiccups. Leanne kept me regularly informed; I always felt she was up to speed with my property sale and she did any chasing needed well before I would have asked.She sounded as frustrated as I was when there was a delay in the exchange of contracts and did all that she could to smooth that process. Leanne has a great telephone manner, she checked it was convenient to have a conversation and asked how I was. It was clearly appreciated when we were able to help beyond the normal requirements with access to the property, etc. She was a good liaison between us, as sellers, and the purchasers, who told Patrick on moving day how helpful they had found Leanne too.You certainly did manage to sell my house with speed and at the asking price. It was easy for me to make a direct comparison between the impressive standard of your services and the desultory experience with our former agents.

I purchased our property last October from Darlows and from start to finish I found both Lauren & Claire to be more than helpful each time that I had contact from them. I would be more than happy to use Darlows in Caerphilly again at any time in the future.
