• I write to inform you of the professional and efficient way in which the sale and purchase of the above properties has been dealt with by the manager and staff of your Brynmawr Branch. They were regularly contacting us, giving details of any updates and my husband and I felt we could telephone the office or call in at any time, which we did frequently.
