• The team who looked after the sale were brilliant. I could tell that each and every one was trying so hard to achieve a sale and always ensured that we were kept up to date with all the viewings taking place. Unfortunately, our house did not achieve our ideal price bracket. I have to emphasise though that this is through no fault of the team as they worked so hard and had viewings lined up and at one stage had offers coming in thick and fast.I was stubborn and kept declining acceptable offers, but the team, as frustrating as it was, still kept it up. I liked the way how Darlows put certain team members in charge of certain properties so whenever I had enquiries, I had the same people to ask. Or, if in my case, if Richard was out of the office, my message or instructions given to other team members was always sure to be relayed back to them. I just want to apologise to them all for putting up with us and say a big, big thank you for all your patience. I cannot pinpoint any one in particular as they have all been outstanding. Maybe in 2, 3 years on, when we consider selling again, I will definitely hope to have the same team, or at least similar team members. Once again - Thank you all.
